To get the most from your session:
• Come with 1–3 areas of your life you would like clarity or support around.
• If you’d like, you may bring a few open-ended questions (avoid yes/no questions).
This helps the session go deeper and allows clearer guidance to come through.
• Avoid alcohol or recreational substances for 24 hours beforehand.
 This helps keep your system clear and receptive to the recalibration.
• Stay hydrated and try to arrive with out food in system for 2-3 hours before
1-3 days after you may feel a bit heavy. This is absolutely normal when we move deep imprints from your field.. Suggested to take a 1-3 days off after.  Some suggestions to help speed up the release process after are: Earthing, Ocean dips, Breathwork, Estatic Dance
• Take a few minutes of quiet before we begin.
This helps your system settle so the work can go deeper.
