Meet Stephanie Keldani

Identity Architect | Keynote Speaker | Founder of 180° Rising Academy
Stephanie Keldani helps leaders, leaders in-becoming, visionaries, and high-capacity individuals create transformation from the inside out.

Her work goes beyond mindset and surface-level behaviour. Through identity recalibration, subconscious reprogramming, emotional mastery, and embodied self-leadership, she helps people identify the deeper patterns shaping how they think, respond, lead, and create — and transform them at the root.

This work was built through lived experience.
Stephanie's early life was anything but conventional.
As a child, she struggled significantly with reading, writing, comprehension, and learning basic skills. She was also extraordinarily sensitive to her environment — including light, sound, physical sensation, and what she experienced as energetic sensitivity.

She later survived a high-control cult where mental abuse, isolation, psychological control, and a form of child forced labor became part of her childhood. She escaped at 14.
But leaving the environment didn't immediately mean leaving its effects behind.
Her teenage years and early adulthood were marked by severe addiction, self-destructive patterns, and the lasting effects of complex trauma. For years, survival was familiar. Stability wasn't.
Then another turning point changed the trajectory of her life.

Stephanie survived a serious car accident in which she was thrown approximately 100 feet from the vehicle. The physical aftermath meant she could no longer rely on the kind of work she had previously done on her feet.
She had to learn an entirely different way of functioning.
For someone who had struggled academically from childhood, that meant learning to rely on the very thing she had spent much of her life believing wasn't one of her strengths: her mind.
What initially looked like another limitation became the beginning of an entirely different life.
Stephanie began studying herself — her patterns, emotional responses, subconscious conditioning, sensitivity, identity, intuition, and the relationship between what was happening internally and what she was creating externally.
Over time, she learned not simply how to cope, but how to transform.
What began as a personal necessity eventually became the foundation of the work she teaches today.
The philosophy behind 180° Rising Academy

Stephanie's work is built around a simple principle:
You don't create lasting change by continually managing the symptoms. You change the foundation producing them.
The 180° approach brings together the mental, emotional, subconscious, somatic, intuitive, and identity levels rather than treating them as separate pieces.
Because lasting transformation isn't about endlessly fixing yourself.
It's about developing the internal stability, discernment, self-trust, and capacity to lead yourself through whatever comes next.
Through 180° Rising Academy, Stephanie teaches people to regulate emotional triggers without abandoning themselves, identify and recalibrate deeply rooted patterns, strengthen self-trust and inner authority, develop greater capacity for intensity and change, access intuition with greater discernment, and facilitate meaningful transformation in themselves and others.
Her work ultimately comes back to one thing:
The deeper you can lead yourself, the greater your capacity to transform what becomes possible around you.
